In the shareable hallway of these Apartments Cas Onyx and Cas Topaas we have taken into consideration a separate area for the installation of the AC.
The AC installation is not included in the price, because this is normally part of the inventory, and it is also based on your personal preference, central AC or

Because we include all the electrical installations in the walls and floors, we would like to have from you the exact information on were you want these to be placed,
after which during the construction, we will work based on your preference.
